G.U.A.R.D. Act

Governing Unaccredited Representatives Defrauding VA Benefits Act:

Protection of veterans benefits from financial exploitation from "Claim Sharks", and unaccredited companies should be a priority of Congress. The National Association of Attorneys General sign a letter of support for H.R. 1139 and S. 740. Putting a much needed Penalty back into the Federal Law for these bad actors.

What I should address is why these AG's did not sign the letter. Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico. Contact your AG and ask them why!
