Welcome to my headspace

My name is Leslie Ross. I am an Air Force retiree and a service connected disabled veteran. I have 15 years of experience as a veterans claims advocate and agent and my HEADSPACE is full of useful information that I wish to offload to you.

Difficulties:

I know the difficulties obtaining VA benefits: the roadblocks, the red tape, the adversarial process that makes even the toughest amongst us quit. I too was a victim of the "I didn't know what I didn't know". When you don't know you don't know what questions to ask. My Headspace was spinning trying to make sense of all the crazy forms, jargon, VA Speak, rules and on and on. I also had a very poor non veteran County Veterans Service Officer.

Provide you with information, updates, news, and sometimes my opinion on everything Veteran 101 to include benefits, insurance, healthcare, veterans law, policy, advocates, advocacy and how these things and people may affect you.
