I served in the U.S. Air Force for 22 plus years and retired after a wonderful career. I was an Avionics Technician, working in the shop, the flight line and radar calibration dock. At my 10 year point I changed career paths and moved into the Medical field culminating as a First Sergeant of a Medical Squadron. I was a full time graduate student when I was called back to Active Duty, 6 days after 9/11.

Post service I worked for the Department of Homeland Security, started two successful disabled veteran owned companies and then was hired as a County Veterans Service Officer (CVSO).
I quickly became the first CVSO in the state to have three counties and then a forth. I served in that capacity for 6.5 years before I applied to become a VA Accredited Claims Agent (The real dream job).

I am a passionate champion of justice for veterans and their families and "NO" is not in my vocabulary. I treat each claim personally and my work is a reflection of the Air Force core values of Integrity First, Service before Self, and Excellence in all I do.
