In order to evaluate your case it is important to provide me with the requested information contained in my case evaluation submission form. There is no charge for my initial review or consultation on your case.

Receiving and filling out this form does not create a contract. A contract is not established until a direct pay fee agreement is signed first by the claimant and second by the agent.

It is during this case evaluation time period that I decide whether your case has merit. It may be necessary to submit additional documents as requested. I will keep you informed.
